Thank you for shopping with The Turquoise Filly. Please review the following policy regarding purchase options and order cancellations.

We currently offer the following purchase options:


  • One-Time Purchases: All jewelry items are sold as individual, one-time purchases
  • Limited Availability: Many of our turquoise pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in small quantities due to the natural and unique nature of the stones

At this time, we do not offer holds, or payment plans unless otherwise stated.


  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors
  • If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we have a limited cancellation window:


  • Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase
  • After 30 minutes from purchase orders are considered final and cannot be canceled Reason as to why they will probably already be shipped off if your order has not been shipped or you have not gone to confirmation of a confirmed order then it might be extended


  • We cannot guarantee changes to orders after they are placed
  • If you need to update your shipping address or item details, contact us immediately
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made


  • Pre-order and custom items require additional processing time
  • Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase
  • These orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun


  • Once the cancellation window has passed, refunds will only be handled according to our Return Policy
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated


As a small business, we work hard to process orders quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate your understanding that once materials and packaging are prepared, cancellations become difficult.
