- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another once it has shipped
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
- Turquoise Filly is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly
We take great care in packaging your jewelry, but if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will work with you to make it right
